Utopia Studio built Mentix on Software Factory.
The building of the platform never really changed. What changed is what arrives at the start. When the people who hold the knowledge help write the requirements, and our stack goes in with them, the work order knows what matters and why. I pull it straight into Cursor and build.

Dr. Amyn Haji trains surgeons in advanced endoscopy at King's College Hospital.
Mentoring meant being in the room. His diary set how many trainees he could reach. Mentix connects trainees to expert mentors for live procedures and structured assessment, wherever they are. The knowledge the platform needed sat in one surgeon's head and across scattered calls.
Requirements were written with the surgeon in the room, then Software Factory's agents turned them into Blueprints and Work Orders.

The platform can broadcast a live procedure to a room of trainees at once. Mentix TV was used for the masterclass at King's.

Mentix worked because the surgeon helped write what the platform had to do, and the Knowledge Graph carried that intent forward through Blueprints, Work Orders, and Feedback. Teams building in clinical and regulated settings use Software Factory to move at this pace without losing the record of why the system works the way it does.
